Every project here I designed, built, and shipped end to end, from the infrastructure up to the interface. Live projects are linked; personal tools are described instead.

    Planula

An all-in-one SaaS platform for appointment-based service businesses such as salons, studios, and clinics, replacing the separate booking, payment, and CRM tools they would otherwise stitch together. It covers 24/7 online booking, product and service sales with invoicing, recurring memberships and class packs, customer management, inventory tracking, and email marketing, all under one analytics dashboard. On top of the back-office tooling it adds a customer-facing marketplace and an AI assistant for routine tasks like scheduling and inventory updates. Built on Django with HTMX and Alpine.js rather than a JS framework, chosen to keep the stack simple while still giving booking and dashboard interactions a real-time feel. I led the architecture and business-logic decisions with my co-founder, and built roughly 90% of the frontend and half of the backend myself, work I still maintain today.

    Aethrovia

A group travel management platform for travel agencies, built around the idea that agents manage every detail while travelers simply view and confirm it. Agencies use it to organize trips, manage traveler information, and handle team and financial tracking in one place, and can list their trips on a public discovery page to attract new travelers. Travelers get their own mobile wallet where they can view their itinerary, documents, and payment status for every trip they're booked on.

    Cyprus Monitor

A real-time monitoring dashboard for Cyprus that brings together 18 live data feeds covering earthquakes, shipping traffic, weather, wildfires, road works, fuel prices, pharmacy rosters, and more, streaming every event into a single scrolling log. It gives anyone a clean, uncluttered view of what is happening on the island, on the web or in the companion mobile app for Android and iOS, with push notifications you can tune per channel.

    ClubFellow

A mobile and web platform that gives clubs and community organizations a private, professional space to run their operations, replacing the group chats, spreadsheets, and manual bank transfers many clubs rely on instead. Admins publish announcements, manage events and RSVPs, run polls, and set up membership plans with dues collection, while members get a digital membership card, a club chat, and control over their own notifications. A Pro tier adds an analytics dashboard, and membership payments flow directly to each club's own account rather than through the platform.

    Cyprus Car Market & Analytics

A tool that brings used-car listings from ten Cyprus marketplaces together in one place, so a buyer can browse, filter, and sort the whole market from a single page instead of checking each site separately. It tracks price changes over time, flags listings that disappear from their original site, and ranks cars by estimated value, highlighting ones priced below what comparable cars are selling for. I built it for my own car hunt, so it runs as a personal tool without public accounts.

Tech Remote Job Market & Analytics

A job aggregator that gathers software job listings from sixteen public feeds and boards, including two Cyprus-specific sources, and merges duplicates so the same role posted on several boards appears only once. Each listing is automatically flagged as eligible, not eligible, or needing review based on right-to-work rules for a given visa status, with the reason shown for every verdict, and everything can be browsed, filtered, and sorted by country, remote type, salary, seniority, and technology. Like the car tool, it runs as a personal, single-user product.

    Chorio

A mobile-friendly web app for discovering villages in Cyprus, built for travelers planning day trips or road trips around the island. It catalogs 383 villages across five districts, each with a written narrative, food and coffee recommendations, walking trails, attractions, places to stay, and local essentials such as the nearest clinic. A random "Discover" feature suggests a village weighted toward a comfortable travel distance, and a passport feature lets users track which villages and trails they have visited on an interactive map of Cyprus. It can be installed to a phone's home screen and pulls in live weather and air quality data, Wikipedia summaries, and points of interest sourced from OpenStreetMap.
