Production systems

Design and maintain Java 21, Spring Boot, and Project Reactor services that exchange live signal data and support intelligence analysts.

Performance & reliability

Work from throughput targets to root cause: load testing, JVM and GC tuning, heap-dump analysis, metrics, monitoring, and production diagnosis.

Technical ownership

Lead features from requirements to production, review code, estimate work, maintain CI/CD, write acceptance tests, and onboard teammates.

Java Software Developer · Oct 2022–present

Limassol, Cyprus · Signal intelligence and reconnaissance software

  • Build concurrent, multithreaded, and reactive Java 21 microservices with Spring Boot and Project Reactor, handling more than 10,000 signals per second.
  • Deserialize Protobuf, VITA 49, and internal binary formats into domain objects, working with live hardware, TCP/UDP networking, and Linux services.
  • Own performance and uptime through JVM and GC tuning, heap-dump analysis, load testing, Grafana and Prometheus monitoring, and production root-cause analysis.
  • Drive features from requirements to production as a module owner, while contributing to code review, planning, CI/CD, documentation, and teammate onboarding.
